Rob works cross-functionally extremely well and always keeps the big picture in mind. He provides invaluable insights to the business owners and aims for the best possible outcome. He invariably takes a customer-centric approach in his work, and does so while striking a perfect balance with business goals and performance.
As Rob’s account counterpart it's such a pleasure to be able to discuss client business issues with him and see him really take them in, and turn them in to creative solutions. He believes in the work not just for the sake of one idea, but in developing ideas for the right reasons; and he consistently surprises me with the quality and passion he brings.
Rob is a thoughtful, encouraging, and visionary leader. He views every challenge as a growth opportunity and has led his team to adopt this mindset. He is extremely strategic and thoughtful, always understanding the purpose and vision
behind each pixel and mock.
Rob is not only an excellent designer, but also a fantastic leader. He has such a wide range of skills - from print to web to product boxes. Seeing him so fluent in so many aspects of design was such an inspiration; he was always willing to take the time to teach others. He made me feel like I could share my ideas, concerns, and questions.
Besides the fact that Rob can do one-armed pushups like a warrior, he's one of the most talented and nicest guys I've come across in the business. A tricky combo to come by. Rob's creative energy never runs low. And on top of having great all-around creative intuition, his knack for making work even better in the final hours is invaluable.
What struck me about Rob was that through it all he maintained a consistent and constructive vision for the work. Rob is just one of those rare guys that you wish you could have on every project; not just bringing great conceptual thinking and top notch design, but a true sense of teamwork and collaboration to the process.
